For non Service Level Agreement (SLA) customers, the following charges apply:
Callout
- A visit to your site and the first 15 minutes of time charged at £80.
- Subsequent hours are charged at £80 per hour.
- Traveling time is not counted within 25 miles of PR1 (Preston Town Center). Outside of this area, traveling time may be charged at our discretion.
- Response time is minimum 3 working days.
- The callout charge is payable in advance by Credit Card.
Emergency Callout
- A visit to your site and the first 15 minutes of time charged at £160.
- Subsequent hours are charged at £80 per hour.
- Traveling time is not counted within 25 miles of PR1 (Preston Town Center). Outside of this area, traveling time may be charged at our discretion.
- Response time is maximum 8 working hours.
- The emergency callout charge is payable in advance by Credit Card.
Telephone Support
- Billed in 15 minute slots.
- The cost of one slot is £20
- 5 slots payable in advance.
- A £100 float to be kept, reconciled each month.
