For non Service Level Agreement (SLA) customers, the following charges apply:

Callout

The purpose of a callout is to resolve a specific reported problem that has occurred.

A visit to your site and the first 15 minutes of time charged at £80.
Subsequent hours are charged at £80 per hour during working hours.
Outside of standard working hours are charged at £120 per hour
Sunday working hours are charged at £160 per hour.
Working hours are 9am to 5.15pm weekdays.
Billing is in 30 minute “blocks”
The total time spent on a job is rounded up to the nearest block
Initial travelling time is not counted within 25 miles of PR1 (Preston Town Centre). Outside of this area, travelling time may be charged at our discretion.
On additional visits for the same job, travelling time is charged at our standard rate of £80 per hour.
