ITC SUPPORT PERSON

InterSys Micronics Ltd are looking for an experienced ITC Support Person to join their existing team in supporting North West based clients. You will provide high-level technical support via both remote access and site visits and take a lead in project work (installing servers, setting up networks and user training). You will ideally have a minimum of 12-18 months Field support experience with excellent client-facing and communication skills. Key skills include Windows 2000/2003 Server, 2000/XP Desktop, SBS 2000/2003, Office XP 2000/2003. Highly beneficial skills include VPN, Remote Access, Terminal Services, Firewalls, Routers and Sage. Any Qualifications such as MCP's, MCSE or Networking Accreditations would also be advantageous.
